Wine Zapper and its authorized distributor (“Seller”) guarantees the Zapper under the following:
This warranty applies only to the Zapper in ordinary service as indicated by the Seller’s advertising.
This warranty does not cover the following:
- CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE OR INCIDENTAL EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR IRRESPONSIBLE DRINKING LEADING TO ANY AND ALL CONSEQUENCES . Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
- Cosmetic or coating damages arising through normal use
If you need guarantee/warranty service or claim: Keep your bill of sale or delivery receipt which establishes the warranty period should warranty service or claim is required. It is in your best interest to obtain and keep all receipts. Then contact Zapper for authorization.
